Ryan has nearly a decade of experience as a public policy and communications advisor working with municipal, provincial and federal public office holders in Canada including City Councillors, Members of Parliament, Provincial Party Leaders, and federal Cabinet Ministers. He has also worked in the field of international development, most recently having completed an assignment focusing on results based management at the World Bank in Washington, D.C. Previously, Ryan was at the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) where he served as a senior advisor to Canada’s Minister of International Cooperation with responsibility for managing all files relating to Asia, Central & Eastern Europe, Agriculture, Trade, and Western Canada.
