Manage small ad operations team responsible for implementing all listings, banners, emails, sponsorships, agent products, unique integrations, etc. on Trulia.com and the Trulia Ad Network. Optimize and report on all CPM, CPC and flat rate campaigns using AdSense, DoubleClick DART for Publishers (DFP), Omniture, StrongMail and other systems.
Cultivate external relationships with advertisers (brands, agencies, real estate industry companies and professionals) to discuss targeting capabilities, user demographics, impressions, clicks, success metrics. Support strategic partnerships by providing media buyers/planners with creative asset specifications, media kits, digestible answers to complex questions.
Support network publisher partners (30+ sites) by maintaining premium CPM guidelines and increasing STR. Collaborate internally with sales, engineering and business development teams to realize revenue opportunities. Regularly analyze and improve CRM data integrity in SAAS system, Salesforce.com. Proactively support 10+ online media salespeople in New York, Minneapolis, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
