    Created and successfully implemented a strategic marketing program targeting the Hispanic population to include the industries first bi-lengual packaging. This is commonplace now, but in the mid 1990's it was groundbreaking.

    Increased brand distribution from 2,500 outlets to over 40,000 stores in less than 3 years including major increases in mass, grocery and drug retail markets.

The class incorporated a wide variety of adult learning techniques. The class average was 98.
