I do this by getting to understand your culture, your clients and your goals and deliver through a mix of research, coaching, consulting, strategy, design and creative abilities. Not to mention an expert knowledge of everything from brand strategy and creative direction to design management and service innovation.

You see, I believe a brand is defined by the result of everything a business is, says and does. From how well it knows its customers, the products it offers, how and what it communicates, to the quality of its service delivery.

I'm passionate about the business of design and the benefits of practical implementation. I love working at a strategic level with clients, helping them discover and make fundamental business decisions about brand positioning, their vision, defining new services etc. It’s a delight to step away at the end of a project and see the clarity and focus it creates for a leadership team. It has a rejuvenating effect on the whole company and all the staff want to own it, be proud of it and take the organisation forward - that’s the driver for me.

• Secured share of £1 million fund and delighted local government organisation by shaping prestigious NESTA Creative Council pitch by turning complex concepts and models into an easy-to-understand brand and cross-media experience

• Generated 48% profit increase for telecoms company from implementing new brand strategy which ramped up new client gains

• Headhunted to spearhead the visual brand identity and communication for an international art and fashion title. Selling out issue 1 within the first three months, ‘blown’ sold in locations such as Tate Modern, Selfridges & Harrods

• Attracted £6million inward investment for major public sector organisation within three months of redeveloping brand and implementing into new marketing collateral
