I'm a management consultant focussed on system-wide improvements in businesses and supply chains. My work involves leading clients in finding and using the inherent simplicity in their complex environments in order to achieve a step-change in performance and bottom line. This is done using high-leverage strategies with detailed tactics that enable complete alignment and fast, synchronized execution across functions.
