I have worked for past 10 years in various fields of customer service, financial management, business operations, training etc in the Telecom & BPO industry apart from working experience as a Chartered Accountant.
Founded VKALP in 2002, as a training and recruitment company for prospective call center executives and since then has set up a BPO company. We have recently upgraded our call center with 300 repstations adding to the earlier 120 seats taking the total capacity to 400+ workstations BPO facility and plan to expand to 1000 seats by 2010.
