As youngster (younger than I am now!) I've always dreamt of being a professional gamer and earn money by attending LAN events. Unfortunately, I did not have the skills to make that dream come true.
On a later age I got to know another side of E-Sports, managing and journalism. I started off writing for small community sites such as DailyCOD.com and zpgaming.net. After writing for them several months, I got in contact with the management of 4Kings, one of the most prominent gaming teams in the world, and got offered a job as Call of Duty 4 journalist. I took the offer with open hands.
In the mean time, I joined some friends in a project. Random Gaming lifted off and I joined in as General Manager. The organization wasn't doing as well as they could and had teams they shouldn't have. I reorganized the whole team, and eventually we merged with hosting company CMAX.gg, which seemed beneficial for all sides.
Eventually it didn't work out between me and 4Kings and I moved on. I had apparently impressed a lot of people since I had a lot of offers on the table by major gaming teams. I worked for the Norwegian number one gaming team for a short period as Head of International Content. Eventually I got offered a job by FNATIC Team, one of my favourite teams ever since I entered the world of E-Sports, an easy decision was made by joining them.
Currently I am writing for FNATIC for eight months, and being one of the few Call of Duty 4 writers that gets a salary out of E-Sports. I have left Team CMAX.gg in order to fully focus on my career at FNATIC.
Journalism, dedication, team management, event coverage, scene knowledge.
