  I was a tech agent and "floor walking"/QC/Manager at ClientLogic, under the contract of EarthLink, Inc Internet Provider. Back when I was in the Technical Support department, I had top call performance in my bay (floor level), among a crowd of supportive coworkers. My main manager was Roger Scott. As floor walker & quality control, I directed tech agents to proper web documents to troubleshoot EarthLink, Inc customers. The "Yakima Mall" the call center was located in, was renovated, and the call center was shut down.
