Rovy Branon graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in psychology in 1995 and completed his master's degree in Instructional Systems Technology in 1999 at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is currently completing his Ph.D. dissertation at Indiana University in Instructional Systems Technology.
His professional experience includes over 15 years of leading teams in instructional multimedia projects, extensive web-based instructional development, and research on human performance. He has several published journal articles and has presented at numerous conferences, including the Learning 2005, International Society of Performance Improvement and the Association for Educational Communications and Technology.
Rovy has been with Eli Lilly and Company since 2002 and is also adjunct faculty at Indiana University in Instructional Systems Technology.
