My technical experience relates to working as a photographer and video producer for local professional wrestling organizations since 2001. Being a fan of wrestling since the early 90's created the goal of one day working for World Wrestling Entertainment. However, technology has been a part of my life even longer and feel inspired by the shows produced by the company Revision3 because I can relate to the content.
Networking through social sites started in the mid 90's. Connecting with people around the US through online gaming, AOL, CompuServe, and the late and great mobile phone picture site Textamerica. Having met people in person from these channels, and still connected today is what the future holds for Social Media.
I never was much of a talker in high school, but stepped outside of my comfort zone in college by accepting a position as Student Government Vice President. By the time I had to take my Presentation and Speech classes, my confidence was above most of the class.
I'm a tech savvy guy with an urge to be out engaging with the world. Twitter for one, is making that happen, along with shooting video on my iPhone. The road Social Media took to get to this point is amazing.
