As a consultant, I take on select clients in the international business/social enterprise space. Core is marketing & business development; on-the-ground research. Refining business concepts to make them work in developing world context, assistance with implementation. I help you understand what you are getting into and how to best do it before investing the money.
Goals: To work with companies interested in entering or expanding their presence in the developing world.
As Founder and CEO of Open Mind, I am bringing Internet information to persons in India & Uganda via local language telephone hotlines. This provides many benefits of direct Internet access via telephone.
I handle: Major strategy and company vision, investor relations and fundraising, business development, marketing/collateral development, complex international project management, research, operations management. Directing 15 team members on five continents, including engineering staff.
Goal: To link with funding and implementation partners. Interested in hearing from foundations as well as social capital space.
