    Provided leadership to a team of over 35 resources for an 18 million dollar (USD) eBusiness implementation for a multinational commodity manufacturer. The solution involved integrating their existing SAP back office systems to BroadVision and delivering both an electronic sales capability to their customers as well as an informational site for their products and their industry. The site was designed, developed and deployed within an aggressive 3.5 month schedule.

    Project manager for several Portal, eCommerce, and Knowledge Management engagements for a variety of companies

    Led the development and deployment of Roundarch’s AMO (Application Maintenance Organization) strategy and was heavily involved in strategic alliance negotiations with 3rd party infrastructure providers to provide a hosting and call center infrastructure for the AMO initiative. Four AMO clients were established with annual revenues of 800,000 USD.

    Led a team performing a Technical Architecture Review of the Internet infrastructure for a major Canadian publishing company. Provided a GAP analysis review and strategic capacity plan for future growth.

    Developed an Internet application development strategy for large US Telco.

    Led a team of 5 individuals implementing a BroadVision solution for large US manufacturer. The solution included building an Internet infrastructure to support web-based products, a personalization engine and eCommerce capabilities.

    Provided project management assistance for a global inventory system’s software development and implementation for a large US Pharmaceutical firm.

    Provided project management assistance during a fund conversion of a $12.4B client account for a major Canadian fund trust, custody and administration company. The project team consisted of 15 client staff and three consulting resources. The conversion included both systems and operational process changes to the client business, for custody and fund accounting.

    Led the systems integration team in identifying the various interfaces and points of integration required for an international resources company evaluating a major ERP initiative to link an Oracle financials “backbone” to several legacy systems.
