I established and managed a BIM team for the City of Dreams Casino in Macao for the Leighton China State John Holland JV. Consult 3D and Forssman Pacific formed a joint venture company, FC3D for the project and we collaborated with VBL from the US.

We successfully modelled and co-ordinated 30,000 tons of structural steel and the 3D CAD Prosteel models were converted to Xsteel for fabrication detailing by the contractor.

We also assisted the architects, of which there were many, to co-ordinate their design and documentation. Our MEP team worked with JRP and the contractor to resolve co-ordination issues.
