I work as an independent consultant in the UK and Europe, helping teams of software developers to deliver business value while having fun.

I've done this successfully for dozens of clients working as a coach, mentor, trainer, course ware developer, software developer, architect and team lead.

I was a pioneer of Object Technology in the UK. My current focus is helping clients to adopt and adapt Agile development processes. I first applied test-driven development on a project in mid-2001, and have been practising it ever since.

I am a frequent public speaker. I'm on the committee for XPDay7, and actively involved in the Extreme Tuesday Club. I am chairman of the BCS Spa conference for 2008/2009.

I am proud to be a founder member of the Highgate Guild.
