* WebEnq, an online survey tool for civil society (http://www.webenq.org) used for project impact assessment
* Mantis, adapting an issue tracker to a workflow tool for programme/project management
* NABUUR, making the global neighbour network more "web2.0": online volunteering for communities in Africa, Asia, and Latin America
Mainly working with open source web software: online collaboration, content creation and content management, discussion tools, networking. Focus on conceptual design, architecture, and strategy.
Applying this mainly in civil society networks, aimed at communication, collaboration, discussion. Focus on empowerment, knowledge, learning, facilitation, communities of practice (CoP), and so on.
Reflecting and researching this from a more academic viewpoint as well. Focus on concepts, developing a methodology, social software, application.
