I am an agile coach at Ciber, Inc. working on all manner of agile projects and adoption programs in many diverse locations. I have been writing software for decades, working in agile environments for the past 4 years. I have been a player/coach in two prior environments, big old Microsoft and little old TeleAtlas.
I recently helped with the Certified Scrum Coach program effort.
My favorite agile coaching activity is training people in Test Driven Development and automated acceptance testing.
