Worked during 15 years as a psycho-therapist, 3 years as a HR-manager, 6 years as a trainer in human skills (negotiations, conflicthandling, assertivity, change management, communication, coaching, ...) and as SAP HR consultant. From january 2003 working as a (senior) outplacement consultant and from 2008 also as a HR-project-manager.
I love to coach people with an approach that is spontaneous, client-centered and empathic while using the Chinese principle of "wu wei" (being natural without forcing anything). The approach is solely focusing on leading the other to a higher level of performance in career and life.
My goal is to use my very "here-and-now- flexibility", spontaneity and creativity in order to (1) facilitate no-nonsense structured brainstorming sessions obtaining a practical and workable action plan(s); (2) to coach people obtaining a higher and more valuable level of performance and pleasure in work and life, (3) to organize workshops focusing on BPR (business process reengineering) preferently on HR-issues and (4) to help people start with their self-employed businesses by brainstorming and providing information on internet resources and off- and online free software.
