Vice President, Search Institute
Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area
Together with the president, I provide strategic leadership for Search Institute, particularly focusing on building and aligning the organization’s will, capacity, and structure to support its vision and mission. I focus on developing overall priorities, strategies, systems, and organizational culture in support of the organization’s core identity, mission, and vision.
I am also co-director of Search Institute's Center for Spiritual Development in Childhood and Adolescence, an international initiative to advance knowledge and practice in this understudied area of human development. The core of this work involves a series of studies that will advance the theory, definition, and scientific foundations of spiritual development.
