I have staffing management experience within a large multinational coporation. While at Lucent technologies, I Led a combined team of 27 individuals that consisted of recruiting, programs, & sourcing. Additionally, I have worked with business unit Presidents and the Vice President of Recruiting to develop, balance and size a projected 27 million dollar recruiting budget.
