Head of Supply-Chain Plan & Procure Business Solutions at Airbus in Toulouse, in charge of the implementation and operational support of 'direct' Supply-Chain Solutions, from Contractual Logistics to Planning and Ordering.
With over 14 years experience in SupplyChain, I started my carreer doing companies financial fundamentals analysis in banking. I then moved to Manchester/UK to become operational SupplyChain Leader for Rhodia chemicals, carrying on SC Optimization initiatives and leading the implementation of a Sales Forecasting & Production Planning system. After 3 years I joined Consulting at CapGemini Ernst & Young in Toulouse, where I was in charge of multiple supplychain SAP systems implementation around Production Planning & Shop floor execution, Logistics, and Supply Network Planning. I then joined Airbus to drive the implementation of the Sup@irWorld eSupply-Chain Collaborative marketplace, now a reference for the A&D industry.
