Integrated Products Manager at Project Management Centre Inc.
Montreal, Canada Area
I have over 12 years of experience in information systems development projects, applications support and databases designs to meet business needs in Oil and Gas Distribution Industries and Telecommunications.
At IBM of Venezuela, for the CANTV SW Factory Project, I first coordinated the WEB and C/S development teams and then I performed the Operation Manager role.
Before that, I used to work as a systems engineer, for PDVSA (the Venezuelan state oil company) and as a development projet leader for Intesa (an ancient SAIC subsidiary based in Caracas until 2002). My background was mainly oriented to provide IT solutions for gas distribution business on client/server platform, integrating GIS technology resources (geographic information systems), WEB technology projects, data modeling, process analysis, SW installation, configuration and maintenance.
In 1999, I was on a one year assignment by INTESA, to work for SAIC UK (Aberdeen) in Geoscience Team, handling system and server faults and requests, as well as correcting and enhancing Unix scripts for several Geo-applications.
