E.Factor was founded in 2007 by Adrie Reinders, Roeland Reinders and Marion Freijsen – all entrepreneurs themselves. Rodney Sampson became the fourth member of the company in 2008.
E. Factor, www.efactor.com, is unique in that it is a truly global space for and by Entrepreneurs. Find funding, search new clients, offer your products/services or seek out new partners with a click of a button.
We believe in sharing knowledge, helping others and we believe that as a group you are stronger then on your own.
Although all of these elements have brought into the site, we don’t want it to be merely social – so there will be a lot of content and information. But the most important aspect is that we believe all entrepreneurs have some unique piece of knowledge or a extraordinary skill with which they can help other entrepreneurs. That is the E.Factor – that extra something, which is almost undefinable but which can make a huge difference.

As Co-Founder of Multicast Media Technologies, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries Multicast Media Networks, LLC and Streaming Faith, LLC, I was responsible for (a) creating the companies business models, (b) selecting the target markets, (c) developing the sales and marketing strategy for each respective entity, (d) participating in capital raising, and (e) day to day management until June 2002. I took a particular interest in leading the faith based division of the company. In particularly, I personally generated an initial run rate of $2.5M between 2000 and 2002. The company today boasts annual revenues exceeding $7M US. I remain a shareholder in the company.

I attended Pennsylvania State College of Medicince in Hershey, PA for 3.5 years. In 1997-1998, I served at Hamilton Health Center in Harrisburg, PA as a Special Assistant to the CEO. I resumed my medical rotations in various hospitals throughout the Pennsylvania area in the Summer of 1998 until I withdrew in the Spring of 1999 to pursue my life purpose which includes entrepreneurship and leadership. I attribute this season in my life to my current ability to understand, synthesize, strategize and execute multiple projects successfully and simultaneously. In medical school, it's what you do. Just ask Dr. James Hobley and Dr. Delon F.P. Brennen. It's called "professional pledging".
