Dr. King is the inventor of a portfolio of visual tools for Trade-Off Analysis & Design (TOAD) as well as Blue Ocean Project Management (BOPM). His tools for BOPM visually integrate 3 powerful tools in business management: Value (Supply) Chain; Blue Ocean Strategy; Balanced Scorecard.
Dr. King is the inventor of the “Fractal Box,” a visual organizer that has pending US and international patents. The Fractal Box is being applied as a zoomable interface of a visual search engine. He uses the Fractal Box to facilitate visual idea generation, business model design, and customer experience management. Another notable invention of Dr. King is Trade-off Mapping.
