Communication is at the heart of all business: clear and effective messages are essential for any organisation, large or small, to succeed.

From my experience at British Airways - where I researched and wrote a weekly business report advising the BA chief executive and board of directors on the activities of the customer service department at 100+ worldwide locations - to my own creative partnership, Zarywacz, my aim has always been to produce interesting, effective and successful communications.

I now specialise in writing and producing business-to-business communications for clients throughout the UK, including:

• company magazines, newsletters and brochures

• press releases, articles and case studies

• freelance journalism for business publications

• managing corporate web site content

• editing and proofreading corporate material

• speeches and presentations

My style is to establish long-term relationships so that I can ghost-write material for clients quickly and easily.

The aim of the relationship is that the client calls to ask for something and I produce it with the minimum of hassle, because I understand what they need.
