Robyn McIntyre’s Summary

Though my writing/editing experience and talents have been the foundation of my career, I also have a wide experience in building/managing departments and in tweaking business process flows. I organize, simplify, and update processes for smoother, more productive, and easier-to-maintain systems.

I like to use all my experience and talents in what I do and I never stop learning. Iam a certificated mediator in California and am studying for an Certified Associate Program Manager (CAPM) certificate with the Project Management Institute.

Two of my talents are being able to make data connections - I enjoy putting people together with information/products/services that can help them - and being able to keep things moving forward by asking questions that further conversation/negotiation.

I provide consultation about social media to small nonprofits, which allows me to do two things I am very passionate about - engage in communication through social media and serve my community by assisting small nonprofits in forging relationships with their next generation of supporters and volunteers.

Problem solving, research, business systems analysis, team building, coaching, mediation. Synthesis of discrete pieces of information to image a whole, which has made me a creative problem-solver. I like to discover what people have in common, which allows me to create productive connections.
