Woman of Words: Technical Writing, Instructional Design, Marketing Communications

I spent 10 years working for Netscape, Microsoft, Oracle, and 2 start-ups, writing everything from help to user's guides to training to promotional brochures. I truly enjoy using FrameMaker in its structured view, and I hope to meet up with XML again. On a broader scale, I became a writer to help others; to make their lives easier, better, and perhaps more interesting. I need to connect with people to be effective and engaged.
