I combine nearly 10 years of in-the-trenches software development on a variety of mission-critical projects with a natural business savvy. Three years ago, I decided to augment that business sense with formal training and received my MBA from Wake Forest University. This puts me in a unique position to manage the day-to-day operations of a highly specialized team that installs complex supply chain solutions into a variety of industries. I'm fortunate to have one of the best teams on the planet (although I suppose I'm a bit biased about that) of project managers, software engineers, support engineers and after market account managers.
Managing IT professionals is itself a unique task. But I bring to bear considerable domain knowledge in the area of supply chain management and execution.
