Project Manager at LexBlog, Inc.
Greater Seattle Area
I am an organized and highly motivated project manager who has been immersed in new media since 2004. My professional experience has been a blend of news media outlets and, more recently, in the small business setting focused on helping lawyers enhance their reputations through blogging. With strong communication skills, a devoted work ethic and an eagerness to familiarize myself with emerging technologies, my goal is to remain active doing project management for exciting companies in the new media space.
I understand that there are two equally important sides to project management: one, having well organized internal systems that are constantly being tweaked to ensure the most amount of product output while cutting down the amount of strain on your team; and two, being an effective communicator who can set client expectations and keep up their enthusiasm, even when a project hits unexpected roadblocks. Because of this, I place a high value on strong customer service and believe that anyone calling themselves a professional in the world of online business must do the same. My dedication is, above all else, to the client and ensuring their demands are met. I subscribe to the belief that businesses grow by creating "raving fans" -- and developing ways to do that are a top priority for me at any organization.
My specialties include: meticulous organization skills utilizing a wide range of web-based and offline tools; the ability to work hard and manage others effectively under extreme pressure; and a constant attention to detail and ensuring deadlines are met.

* Developing, fine-tuning organizational systems that allow both clearer communication with clients and that are scalable as the company continues to grow.
* Advising clients on the art of effective blogging, based on the ever-changing climate of the legal blogosphere.
