I am currently a Marketing Coordinator at BuildDirect, an online building materials company. Because our platform is the Internet, a large part of my job is focused on managing content by making it accessible first to site visitors, and then to search engines. I consider it my mission to create a sense of trust and credibility for our customers, so that they know that they’re dealing with the experts who are on their side for great products, great prices, and great support at every stage. My background in customer service allows me to focus on this mission, and my experience and passion for great web content development, social media, and search engine optimization allows me to execute this mission successfully every day.
