We try to level the playing field for the little guys in the franchise area -- the franchisees. Our practice is inspired by "Robin Hood", except that we always follow the law.
Many franchisees are struggling because of the tough economy, and many have gone out of business. Sometimes we can help them get their money back from their franchisor. Some cases can be handled on a contingency basis.
Specialties
All aspect of franchise law and franchise disputes. We handle document reviews for would-be franchisees. We also prepare documents and represent franchisors.
