As his career progressed at AGE, he became the Manager of the Integration Services team responsible for Enterprise Application Integration and Middleware Technologies across all platforms.

Rob started his IT career in 1986 at May Department stores as a Computer Operator. He worked his way through the IT Enterprise, from Application Developer to System Programmer, onto Manager of the Integration Services team at A.G. Edwards. His hard work and technical expertise paid off as he was promoted to Associate Vice President in 1996 and continually held positions of increasing responsibility. Rob left AGE., to pursue his entrepreneurial interests as co-founder of Elite IT Services, an Information Technology Consulting firm specializing in Elite directed consulting and client directed consulting.
