More than 15 years experience in various developer / IT positions

Web design & development has become a specialisation and passion in recent years, along with building solutions in an Object oriented way using patterns.

I have a more than thorough expertise in XHTML / CSS / JavaScript / ASP.NET / C#, but am also proficient in databases, web servers, well the whole shebang.

Call me lazy, but I am always looking for ways to do things simpler with less code and a smarter design. It may mean an investment in time at first but it saves lost of trouble in the long run and makes extending and diverting alot easier and more fun.

Passionate about sports, any sports, but above all about (field) hockey.
I rather think about it longer, so I can do less. But that doesn't mean do things with less in quality! I just like to reduce the quantity of work, now and in the future.
So, I also take into account extensibility of the code and maintenance. Documentation is a must.

A good sense of humour and understatement makes it easy to work with me.
