►Selected Achievements

♦Assessed the NATO Joint Airlift operation and recognized that inefficiencies and miscommunications were resulting in displaced troops and cargo. Authored new set of Standard Operating Procedures for NATO travel offices and cargo facilities. RESULT: All offices operated with the same set of guidelines making NATO troop travel and cargo movement more consistent and efficient.

♦Load planned and scheduled 5 C-5 aircraft for a lift of a heavy construction unit from Nellis AFB to Abu Dhabi Air Base, UAE. Working with the unit, we prepared all the cargo, including weapons, ammunition and other hazardous material for airlift. RESULT: Safe, on time departure of every aircraft. My effort was so significant the commander asked for me by name to fill his Chief of Logistics post.

♦As part of a "Speakers Committee" I recognized the need for a conference on emerging technology in real estate. As Chairperson, I made all final decisions, in conjunction with the Association CEO. Everything from location, equipment and food to speakers and their accommodations. The budget was $10,000. RESULT: The event was a complete success, drawing over 300 Realtors and being on budget.
