He built strong relations with major insurance and dealership customers and was responsible for facility management, planning, cost controlling, and purchasing of thousands of vehicles each year. His responsibilities also included the hiring and development of 50+ employees at three different Central and Western Michigan locations.

Rob partnered with Management Business Solutions where he found an opportunity to work for an organization with a similar philosophy to his own. Being part of an ownership team allows him to build his own business in an industry geared toward generating business relationships while making a difference in the lives of others by assisting them in their careers.
