    Built up hiring system for this retailing giant for its China HQ. High volumn hiring. Led a team of around 10 to design competency model/assessement center which is now running well in the company.
    Built up an internal talent sourcing team and created Relationship Hiring model which was nominated global best practice. 44 manager above hires were made in the first year after the model took place while the number was lower than 10 prior to the model.
