Robert started his career at NP Dodge as an intern in early 2006 and quickly rose through the ranks to become the operations director of the real estate sales division. Through a tenacious drive to learn and grow Robert has involvement on literally every level of this company. His willingness to tackle difficult projects has allowed him the latitude to take on and succeed at various projects. Robert has been instrumental in sheltering the bottom line at NP Dodge from the effects of market corrections through expense elimination and toeing the line when it comes to the budget. Through reporting Robert has consistently provided the Broker Management staff in the field with detailed analysis to further shore up the bottom line of each sales office as well as info to aid in the effective management of NP Dodge Sales Associates.
Robert has developed and continues to provide reporting that highlights each listing within our firm that has been on the market a given time frame and has not received a ‘price enhancement’. This information is provided to broker managers in the field to help reduce inventory levels and reduce days on market through out the firm.
