Master martial arts instructor in the art of Shou Shu Kung Fu.
Shou Shu is a true martial arts system teaching pure self-defense and application. Its literal translation in the mandarin dialect is “beast/animal knowledge”. It utilizes the fighting motions of seven fighting animals (bear, tiger, mongoose, white crane, mantis, cobra and dragon). Each of the seven animals specializes in a specific type of motion. Each utilizes the laws of physics to create immense power but in completely different ways. Shou Shu is the combination of these animal motions. Al Moore Sr. brought Shou Shu to the United States from China over 45 years ago.
His son Al Moore Jr (Jung Moon) continues the legacy. Because Shou Shu is an application art which makes it work for all people. Put another way, its principles do not rely on size or strength. A small woman can learn to generate more power than a man of great strength who does not have Shou Shu training. From the very first day, the student of Shou Shu is taught how to use body alignment to produce energy and power. It almost seems magical to the new student.

Criminal Division (February 2005-March 2007) – reviewed cases on intake, prosecuted misdemeanor offenses at all stages which included taking 15 cases through trial. One particular case was used as precedent in part to change ARS 13-970 (the law in Arizona governing the ability to set aside or expunge a Title 17 (Fish and Game) offense). My assignment then changed to include prosecuting felony offenses: drug offenses, property crimes, complex white collar crimes, some elder abuse and exploitation, and unique cases such as a Title 44 trademark violation case. Further, work included presenting cases to grand juries, evidentiary hearings, pre-trial preparation interviews and motions, preliminary hearings, conditions of release and bond hearings; and, 2 complete jury trials.
Civil Division (March 2007-July 2007) – duties included reviewing (IGA’s) intergovernmental agreements between state/county or state/federal entities; reviewed construction and other departmental contracts including design/build contracts; drafted county contracts and formal legal opinions for agencies including: County Public Health Department, ITS Department, Yuma County Constable, and the County Board of Supervisors. Additional responsibilities were to represent the State in multiple Title 36 involuntary commitment hearings and the litigation of all civil asset forfeitures.

Over the course of 10-days of rehearsing and recording, 24 musical selections incorporating the sounds of Ska, Mento, Calypso, and Jazz were produced and then mastered at Capitol Records, Hollywood, California. Together with Jamaican arranger Carlos A. Malcolm and 6 other original members of his group from 1965 "Carlos Malcolm and the Afro-Jamaican Rhythms" and Jazz musician Gilbert Castellanos, the sound of a 20-Piece Jamaican ska/mento orchestra was born and lives on.
