    • Defined, implemented and manager major re-implemenation of failed ERP roll-out, including the recovery of failed database.
    • Defined, pre-implemented and managed major replacement of current ERP system - including ground up requirements gathering and technical specifications.
    • Defined, implemented and managed CRM initiative utilizing Open Source software (Splendid) - saving organization an estimated $25K in development and software costs.
    • Built a PMO (utilized MS SharePoint Services) supported by an IT Steering Committee from the ground up.
    • Defined, implemented and managed rollout of new Mitel phone system - utilzed for inbound as well as outbound call center activity.
