Robert Reich is a founder and creator of OneRiot’s patent pending algorithm, which is the technology that makes OneRiot unique in the Internet space.
He founded Add-On-Con, a conference focused on the development and marketing of Add-ons, founded and moderates the monthly Boulder Denver New Technology Meetup and co-hosts a monthly talk show called Entrepreneurs Unplugged.
He actively speaks at different technology conference and currently sits on the entrepreneurial advisory board for CU and on the OneRiot board.
Prior to founding OneRiot, Robert was the founder and CEO of Ecosystems, a software company focused on selling collaboration technologies to the global 2000.

Ecosystems developed software applications and provided services that allowed Fortune 1000 Companies to manage content more efficiently. Through the use of Ecosystems' applications, clients achieved radical improvements in operating efficiencies allowing them to save time and substantially reduce operating expenses.
As the Founder and CEO Mr. Reich lead the company to profitability in year 2 and was directly responsible for all aspects of the business including: strategy, business development, and sales / marketing.
Ecosystems sold one of its technologies to Medium Inc. and is no longer in business.

In 1992, Mr. Reich was recruited to evaluate and develop solutions for Moody's Investors Service $10 million cost center, Product Services. In this capacity, Mr. Reich envisioned the publishing solution.
Mr. Reich's ability to couple software solutions with operating process redesign allowed Moody's to deliver information in real time, decrease the total number of employees in the Product Services by 22% while increasing the overall productivity of the group by 63%.
