During his tenure at Netsoft-USA, Robert was the Project Manager for a custom built, web-based, personal umbrella policy processing system for Navigators Personal Umbrella Insurance company. The team won a Microsoft User Experience Award in 2008 for our design work. The system provides all policy writing functions for the insurance company's process including risk qualification, rating, new business and endorsement processing, renewals, correspondence and cancellations, document output, as well as a legacy system interface. For agents, the system includes a full featured agency interface that not only allows agents to quote and bind policies, but provides "quick quote" ability allowing agents to get quotes with minimal data requirements, as well as the ability for agents to process endorsements and print policy documents.
