After joining .advancedMethod in February 08, was responsible for finding a company to acquire us to give us the proper infrastructure/funding to complete our business plan. Sold company in July 08, 6 months after taking this assignment. Value of acquisition - $3.2Million.
Since the acquisition in July 08, has responsibility for execution of our business plan including rollout of a new software product and building distribution for worldwide sales.
As of March 09, .aM has a North American distributor/dealer channel and have just begun to set up our international distribution.
