Responsibilities:
• Providing training support to the EFT Card Services Business Unit
• Facilitating classroom and on-site training
• Developing both internal and external customer education programs in a variety of formats
• Conducting training needs analyses to determine performance improvement solutions
• Working with subject matter experts to create and revise training materials

Key achievement:
• Designed, implemented and facilitated a brand new comprehensive training curriculum to support the creation of a new call center line of business in two geographic locations and managed the implementation of this additional platform from a training and organizational development perspective
