I was appointed to serve on the Board of Directors by the Mayor of San Diego, Jerry Sanders in recognition for my work and commitment to improving the quality of leadership in the public and private sectors.

THE CENTRE for Organization Effectiveness is an innovative and exciting “one-stop shop” concept. We offer management development, organization development, and specialized training programs to local and state public sector organizations and agencies, as well as nonprofit and private sector organizations. We handle everything from consultant selection to material preparation to logistics to account management.

THE CENTRE’S vision is to raise the caliber of leadership through academies, forums and seminars, facilitation and consulting services.

We are located in La Jolla where we have our administrative offices, a large and attractive training facility and several break off rooms. This site also houses a CENTRE library of books, articles and educational videos available to CENTRE customers.

Implemented Corporate & Community Outreach Plan for the Regional Vision Initiative, the most successful program of civic engagement of its kind in the United States to date. The centerpiece of the project was an interactive online survey in which an unprecedented 30,000 people took part in over 70,000 survey modules.

Developed, packaged and implemented the regional outreach plan, including a digital Community Partner Toolkit and a Community Partner Liaison and Training Manual.
Completed statistical analysis and trending on daily participation.
Tracked 300 Outreach Partners and their levels of participation.
Developed and implemented successful outreach strategies that increase participation by over 40 percent.
Created all PowerPoint & Turning Point Presentations for the initiative and the survey results.
