My background is over 25 years in Organizational Development and all aspects of change management. I now focus more of my attention individually and in team settings. In 2005, I relocated from Ottawa, Canada to Geneva, Switzerland, where I continue to coach and consult in corporate settings. Due to my move to Paris in 2010, I designed a special Expat Family Program to help plan and strategize new challenges.
