My background is over 20 years in Organizational Development and all aspects of change management. I now focus more of my attention individually and in team settings. In 2005, I relocated from Ottawa, Canada to Geneva, Switzerland, where I continue to coach and consult in corporate settings, specifically (M&A) post merger human integration.

Since 1982, I have coached over 500 executives, managers and professional staff from all sectors both private and public in career development and planning. This includes conducting in-depth 360 degree interviews and the profiling of individual strengths and abilities. In addition, I consult to both public and private sectors on issues surrounding change and transition. My background includes diverse industry experience including line management in high tech and financial institutions.
