August 2008 — Present (1 year 4 months)
I'm responsible for building and managing the company's internal community. I actively encourage engagement and collaboration and search for opportunities to leverage conversation to benefit both the business and its users alike. I create and disseminate best practices for usage. My ongoing 'gardening' role includes working with various focus groups (project groups, steering committees, management groups, etc) to implement strategy and direction and ensure return of investment is realised.
By its very nature I have an administrative role too, which includes space administration, permissions and access.
