I am responsible for two line of business: Business Applications (my focus is primarly on CRM market development activities) and Industry (this Service Line contains vertical Industry Solutions for Financial sector, Public sector, Healthcare, etc...).
The main change compared to the previous position is that, starting from this year, I am not responsible only for Services activities but also for CRM development activities (in Enterprise Accounts) from a Software Licensing perspective.
I still remain responsible for the Microsoft Business Applications Technical Community in EMEA.

With this responsibility I got the Microsoft Business Group Leader role (Marketing Role) for two Service Lines: Business Applications (CRM and ERP Solutions) and Business Productivity (Collaboration Portal, Unified Communication, Business Intelligence and Performance Management).
I am also responsible for the Western Europe area.
With this role, in addition to Delivery activities, I have to following responsibilities:
- Service Line P&L Management
- Go-to-Market Strategy definition / Solution Portfolio Management
- Focal Point for other Microsoft Divisions
- Services Focal Point for Microsoft Corporation
I am also the responsible for the Business Applications Technical Community in EMEA.

With this role, in addition to People Management activities, I had to following responsibilities:

Considering the YoY growth of the Business Applications Services Business, Microsoft Italy decided to create a local practice in the subsidiary focused on CRM and ERP. I was the first person in Italy with the responsibility to lead this new business and to growth the team.
I got the responsibility for the Business Applications Technical Community in Western Europe.
I managed the pre-sales/envisioning activities (including TCO/ROI Analysis) to close one of the most important WW Microsoft CRM Hosted Deal for the biggest Telco operator in Italy.

I worked for the Business Applications EMEA structure in Paris. This group was focused on International Implementation Projects and was the EMEA Competence Center dedicated to support local subsidiary during the CRM – ERP Projects delivery.
I worked for primary Telco and Manufacturing companies to implement CRM Solutions.

- Sold and implemented (from Pre-sales to Project Go-Live) a Lighthouse SAP CRM deal in Media Market (Total contract amount € 3M).
- Over-Achieved the Services Utilization Average Target for my team
