PRESIDENT, CEO at BAYOU EQUITY
Greater New Orleans Area
Road Home Investments, a conventional mortgage lender and real estate investment firm, was founded after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina to help rebuild the splendid, historic city of New Orleans. Our mission is two-fold 1) to help you take advantage of the tremendous growth potential that using a self-directed IRA can provide for your retirement portfolio and 2) to offer real estate investment opportunities in Louisiana, featuring attractive tax incentives enacted by the Gulf Opportunity (GO) Act of 2005. We endeavor to share our knowledge, providing FREE webinars on alternative investing so that you, too, can take advantage of the tremendous growth potential that using a Self-Directed IRA can provide for your retirement portfolio. This emerging $4.2 trillion dollar market is growing at $200 billion per year, mostly from pension plan rollovers and (401K)s into IRAs as "baby boomers" retire.

BAYOU EQUITY is a real estate investment firm was founded after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina to help rebuild the splendid, historic city of New Orleans.
Our mission is twofold:
1) To educate investors looking for “alternative solutions” to diversify and build their retirement portfolio through the POWER of a Self-Directed IRA. Real estate investments hold the potential to protect against the loss of principle while generating better than market rate returns through income production and capital gains. Moreover, real estate is a "tangible" investment, unlike shares in a stock portfolio, as one can virtually "see" what one has ownership in.
2) To facilitate "good deals" in the "new and improved" city of New Orleans and surrounding parishes. For "qualified" investors (accredited), Road Home Investments can clearly demonstrate the potential for return on investment, so that “qualified” investors can get the financial "benefits" they deserve.

Bayou Imports positioned itself to take advantage of such a trend where wine drinking, just as in Europe, continues to become less of a luxury but more of a way of life. Bayou Imports imported South African wine exclusively. As CEO I initiated and negotiated contracts with wineries across the South African wine-growing region.
