• Worked with Windows 2003 Server systems and Microsoft SQL 2005 to install an updated version CaseTrakker.
• Installed CTWeb on the Production CaseTrakker System. I remotely viewed and and determined perfomance issues with Windows 2003 Server systems and recommended improvements.
• Ported part of the DHS SQL database over to a test server which I set up.
• Created a how-to guide on porting the database for future refrence.
• Helped with data entery into their CaseTrakker system.
• Edited parts of http://www.dhs.gov and updated some of the html code to transitional xhtml code.

Result: Generated more interest than expected. The original 40 person conference was opened up to accommodate more that 60 GSK employees and special outside guests. Because of the conference limitations, other employees were turned away.
• Tutored GSK staff member in Macromedia Flash Technology.
Result: GSK employee is now creating her own Flash files.
• Created an automatically updating screensaver to support team change.
