As an IT Security professional I have gained experience in some of the world's most challenging business environments. My responsibilities included budgets, risk analysis, process creating and adoption, internal audit and compliance strategies. My professional experience has taken me from budding ".com" companies, to a security boutique shop, to one of the world's largest and most complex enterprises - always meeting challenges head-on and with a positive attitude. I have been the catalyst for change in many organizations, building bridges across enterprises and developing permanent successful strategies for growth and prosperity.
My goals have changed over the years as my career and experiences have progressed, and as I have matured in my work and personal life. I am perpetually looking to be challenged, pushed both mentally and physically at work and at play; and rewarded for the depth and experience I bring to the table.

I've always been interested not only in technology but in sports and the arts... I think I've had this creative streak as long as I can remember. I enjoy photography (see web site link) and other artistic pursuits such as short-story writing and opinion/critique column writing. I'm an insane sports nut fixated on hockey primarily - but also enjoy football (american) and soccer.
I write and belong to the SBN (Security Bloggers Network) and actively participate in OWASP with contributions to various documents published through that organization.
