Mr. Bosshard serves as a Project Surveyor for the Delafield office. He is a highly successful Land Surveyor with over 14 years of experience in managing all land surveying activities. David is responsible for the daily planning, coordination, and supervision of the survey field crews. He is also responsible for ensuring that the best survey practices are followed and quality assurance goals are obtained in the following areas: wide-area base-mapping projects, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, certified survey maps, preliminary plats, and final plats. David serves as the survey technology coordinator to ensure that we implement the most state-of-the-art equipment and that the best practices as related to land surveying are utilized.

GPS
Oversees all GPS projects for the Delafield office. Responsible for project planning, post processing, data interpretation and data conversion.

Plats of Survey
Oversees all aspects of surveying, including functioning as a liaison between municipality, builder, excavator, mason and buyer for many Wisconsin home builders.

Base-mapping
Creates various maps of properties within southeastern Wisconsin, showing topography, wetlands, environmental corridors, right-of-ways, property lines, soil types, and lot ownership information.

FEMA / Environmental
As a Federal Emergency Management Agency eLOMA licensed professional, Mr. Bosshard has worked with FEMA to expedite Flood Insurance Rate Map changes, revisions, and amendments. He has worked with both private clients and municipalities to provide flood certifications. In addition, he has supervised the collection of critical data for wide area flood studies.

Land Subdivision
Responsible for conducting land division surveys in accordance with state statutes and county and municipal ordinances for many developments.
